Can I return my purchase?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I submit a return?
If your item is eligible for a refund e-mail with the subject RETURN. Please list the reason for return as well as the name and shipping address used when making the original purchase.

If approved for a return, we will reply with instructions on when to send your item. You will have 3 days to package and ship your item. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, they will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Where's my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What about if my item is damaged?
While our quality standards are usually top notch, a few defective items slip through the cracks or get damaged while shipping. We want you to be totally happy with you're purchase and are happy to exchange it! 

Just send an email to with the subject EXCHANGE and include an image of the damage, your original order number, and the shipping address. We'll reply with your exchange instructions. will pay for all shipping charges associated with the exchange!

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Sure thing! Request must be received within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase.

Just email with the subject EXCHANGE. List your original order number as well as the item and new size you need and we'll get back to you with instructions. 

You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
